I had a lovely stay overall, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff making a huge difference during my visit. The room was clean, but I did notice some issues with the air freshener smell and water supply on one occasion. The pool and gym facilities could use some attention, as they weren't as inviting as I had hoped. The breakfast was a highlight for me, with a good variety and quality that set a positive tone for the day. Overall, it's a decent hotel but could definitely benefit from a refresh in certain areas.
